James Island MyTOJI App: Report Issues & Access Services

Staff Writer
June 11, 2026
James Island Launches MyTOJI App for Resident Services

The Town of James Island released MyTOJI this week, a free mobile app that lets residents report infrastructure problems, access town services, and track local events from their phones.

Residents can use the app to report potholes, damaged street signs, and similar issues directly to town staff, with the ability to attach photos and location details. MyTOJI also features town announcements, a calendar of public meetings and community events, a directory of town departments with contact information, and answers to frequently asked questions about town services.

The app is available now on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store with no registration fee or subscription required.
