NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, will conduct a Public Hearing to consider the following item: Ordinance 1234-24: An Ordinance of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, amending the Zephyrhills Code of Ordinances regarding development standards; providing for severability; providing for an effective date. The Public Hearing will be held on Monday, August 12, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at Zephyrhills City Hall, 5335 8th Street, Zephyrhills, FL 33542. All interested parties may appear and be heard. The ordinance is available for public inspection at City Hall during regular business hours.
