PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Goshen County Board of County Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at 10:00 AM in the Commissioners' Room of the Goshen County Courthouse, 2121 East "A" Street, Torrington, WY, concerning a proposed zoning change for Parcel No. 123456789 from Agricultural to Commercial. This action is being taken at the request of the landowner, XYZ Development LLC. All interested parties are invited to attend and present their views.
