The National Weather Service (NWS) in Cheyenne, Wyoming, reported that humidity values are increasing and winds are decreasing, leading to the timely expiration of the warning.
Affected areas include the Middle North Platte River Basin/Niobrara and Converse High Plains, North Laramie Range and Adjacent High Plains, North Laramie Valley/Shirley Basin, Ferris/Seminoe/Shirley Mountains, Central and West Carbon, North Snowy Range Foothills, Laramie Foothills and High Plains, and Bordeaux/Chugwater/Wheatland.
