The Havelock City Board of Commissioners will host a public hearing on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at 7:00 PM to discuss proposed Ordinance #24-03, which aims to extend the city's corporate limits through a voluntary annexation. The hearing will take place in the City Hall Auditorium, located at 1 Governmental Avenue.

The proposed ordinance concerns the voluntary annexation of a specific parcel of land, identified by multiple Parcel Identification Numbers (PIDs): 6-053-000-016 through 6-053-000-030. This action would incorporate these properties into the City of Havelock's corporate limits.

This public hearing provides an opportunity for citizens to voice their opinions and concerns regarding the proposed annexation. All interested parties are encouraged to attend and participate in the discussion.

Copies of Ordinance #24-03 are available for review by the public during normal business hours at the office of the City Clerk, located within City Hall.
