Collier County 2026 Elections: Three Voting Dates
Collier County voters will cast ballots three times in 2026: a Naples City Council election in February, a primary election countywide in August, and a general election in November.
On Feb. 3, voters within Naples city limits will elect three City Council members. The Aug. 18 primary allows registered party members to select candidates for federal, state, and local offices. Florida's closed primary system bars unaffiliated voters from partisan races, though all registered voters can participate in nonpartisan contests for school board and judicial seats. Marco Island voters will elect their city council during the Nov. 3 general election.
Across the county, voters will decide races for governor, Cabinet members, U.S. Senate, Congress, Florida Senate and House, County Commission, and School Board. Depending on residence, ballots may include Mosquito Control District, Fire District, and Community Development District races.
