Ave Maria Law School Graduates 77 in Naples Ceremony

Ave Maria School of Law conferred Juris Doctor degrees on 77 graduates at Artis–Naples on Saturday. Florida Supreme Court Chief Justice Carlos G. Muñiz delivered the commencement address.
Four graduates earned summa cum laude honors: Lillian Marie Kennedy, Aidan Thomas Kraus, Alora Ellen Kraus, and Quinten David Zak. Seven students graduated magna cum laude, and four received cum laude recognition.
Kennedy, who managed the Ave Maria Law Review and served as a Dean's Delegate, will clerk for the Wisconsin Second District Court of Appeals. She taught as an assistant in multiple law school courses.
Muñiz has led Florida's Supreme Court since 2022. He previously served as General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Education, Deputy Attorney General of Florida, and Chief of Staff to Florida's Attorney General. He graduated from the University of Virginia and Yale Law School.
The graduating class includes students from across the country, with several holding degrees from Florida Gulf Coast University, the University of South Florida, Florida State University, and Ave Maria University. Graduates pursue careers in private practice, judicial clerkships, public service, and public interest law.
