These honors reflect the innovation, design leadership, and resources that elevate the AR Homes® custom homebuilding experience.  This year’s competition drew over 1,100 entries from across the country, carefully reviewed by a 16-member panel of industry experts, resulting in 325 Silver Award winners.  Best Use of Technology – AR Theatre  The AR Theatre demonstrates how technology can transform the way buyers explore custom homes. Its immersive, photo-realistic virtual environment combines advanced rendering, video, and intuitive navigation through floor plans and elevations, giving buyers a clear, confident view of their potential home. These tools have made it easier than ever for franchisees and clients alike to visualize and plan their dream homes.  Best Interior of a Custom Home – Radiance Model  The Radiance Model was honored for its exceptional interiors, balancing modern style, high-quality finishes, and adaptable spaces. Colleen Roach, Director of Interior Design at AR Franchising, Inc., explains, “Every AR Homes® design is guided by the same commitment to balance, proportion, and lasting appeal.
