3 Injured as Car Crashes into Brae Burn Country Club Pro Shop

Three people were hospitalized Saturday afternoon after a vehicle crashed into the pro shop at Brae Burn Country Club in Newton. A white Mercedes sedan drove into the building shortly after noon ET.

The driver and two employees working inside the pro shop sustained injuries that officials described as not life-threatening. They were transported to an area hospital.

The local fire department and city engineer evaluated the building's structural integrity after the collision. They determined the structure was safe, and a contractor boarded up the damaged wall.
