International Operation Leads to Over 1,000 Arrests in Human Trafficking Cases

Law enforcement agencies across 24 countries arrested 1,079 individuals during a recent global operation targeting human trafficking. The INTERPOL-coordinated effort led to the identification of 2,070 potential victims.

Authorities found that women constituted the majority of these identified individuals, with most cases involving trafficking for sexual exploitation. The operation encompassed intelligence gathering, joint investigations, and rescue missions across participating nations.
