Lake Hamilton Lien Search: New Procedure & Requirements

Residents and businesses needing property lien information in the Town of Lake Hamilton must now submit a completed lien search request form along with the required fee. The town processes inquiries for utilities, code violations, and open or expired permits through this procedure.

The town anticipates completing lien search requests within five business days of receiving both the form and payment. Inquiries will not be processed without these requirements.

Florida law considers email addresses public records. Individuals who wish to keep their email address private from public records requests should contact the town office by phone or in writing, not by email.
