This advisory impacts drivers in the Foothills and Valleys of the North Cascades, Island County, Lowlands of Western Skagit and Northwestern Snohomish Counties, Lowlands of Western Whatcom County, Downtown Everett/Marysville Area, and the Shoreline/Lynnwood/South Everett Area.
