The proposed amendments relate to Section 2.4 Use Regulations, Section 3.2.5 Accessory Dwelling Units, Section 3.2.21 Oil and Gas Regulations, Section 3.3.12 Wireless Communication Facilities, Section 3.4.2 Nonconformities, Article 4 Regulations Applying to All Development, Section 5.4 Review Procedures, Section 6.2 Enforcement, Section 7.2 Amendments, and associated regulation updates.
