PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE Montrose County Board of Commissioners Public Hearing Amendment to the Land Use Resolution Regarding Extraction of construction materials NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Montrose County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on July 1, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. in the BOCC Meeting Room, located at 320 South First Street in Montrose, Colorado, to consider the following: An amendment to the Montrose County Land Use Resolution, Section 5.5.7, Extraction of Construction Materials. The amendment is intended to clarify the requirements for extraction of construction materials. Copies of the proposed amendment are available for review at the Montrose County Planning and Building Department, located at 320 South First Street, Montrose, Colorado. At the time and place set forth above, all interested persons may appear and be heard.
