The Town Council of the Town of Indian Trail, North Carolina, will hold a public hearing to consider amendments to its Unified Development Ordinance (UDO). The proposed changes, designated UDOA2024-0001, focus on regulations concerning landscaping, buffers, open space, and tree protection.

The public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Indian Trail Town Hall, located at 315 Matthews-Indian Trail Road, Indian Trail, NC 28079. Residents are invited to attend and share their comments on the proposed ordinance amendments.
