Wright Trades of NE FL LLC Explains Trenchless Pipe Repair Benefits

As a homeowner, the last thing you want to deal with is a damaged or broken water pipe. Not only can it be a major inconvenience, but it can also lead to costly repairs and potential damage to your property. Traditional pipe repair methods often involve digging up large sections of your yard, which can be disruptive and time-consuming But what if there was a better way? That's where trenchless pipe repair comes in. This innovative method allows you to repair or replace your damaged pipes without the need for extensive digging. In this blog post, we'll take a closer look at trenchless pipe repair, including the different types of methods available and the benefits of choosing this approach over traditional methods. What is Trenchless Pipe Repair? Trenchless pipe repair is a method of repairing or replacing damaged underground pipes without the need for extensive digging. Instead of digging up large sections of your yard, trenchless methods use specialized equipment to access and repair the damaged pipe from the inside. There are two main types of trenchless pipe repair methods: Pipe Lining: This method involves inserting a flexible tube coated with resin into the damaged pipe. The tube is then inflated, which causes the resin to adhere to the inside of the old pipe, creating a new, seamless pipe within the old one. Pipe Bursting: This method involves pulling a new pipe through the old one, while simultaneously breaking apart the old pipe. The new pipe is then connected to the existing plumbing system. What are the Benefits of Trenchless Pipe Repair? There are many benefits to choosing trenchless pipe repair over traditional methods, including: Cost Savings: Trenchless pipe repair can be more cost-effective than traditional methods because it requires less labor and equipment. Minimal Disruption: Because trenchless methods don't require extensive digging, there is minimal disruption to your yard and landscaping. Faster Completion: Trenchless pipe repair is typically faster than traditional methods, which means you can get your plumbing system back up and running sooner. Environmentally Friendly: Trenchless methods are more environmentally friendly than traditional methods because they produce less waste and require less energy. If you're dealing with a damaged or broken water pipe, trenchless pipe repair may be the right solution for you. Contact us today to learn more about our trenchless pipe repair services and how we can help you restore your plumbing system with minimal disruption.

Logic & Accuracy Test for 2026 Election

Clay County Supervisor of Elections Chris H. Chambless invites the public to attend the Logic and Accuracy Test (L&A) for the April 14 Municipal Super Tuesday Election. The L&A will be held at the Supervisor of Elections Office in Green Cove Springs this Friday, April 10, at 9 AM. As outlined in Florida Election Law, voting equipment is thoroughly tested prior to each election to confirm that the voting system is correctly programmed and all the equipment being used in an election is working properly. This includes the testing of the DS300 optical scanners used during in-person voting, the DS950 high-speed scanners, which tabulate Vote by Mail ballots, and the ADA-compatible ExpressVote ballot marking devices. During L&A testing, elections staff use pre-marked test ballots to produce pre-determined results for the L&A. The test ballots are then processed through the voting equipment and, because the results are already known, staff can certify that the equipment is accurately counting and recording votes. Upon completion, the Canvassing Board confirms the results and that the test was 100% successful. The equipment is then sealed and kept under strict 24/7 surveillance until it’s deployed for voting. The L&A test allows voters, candidates, media, and community members to observe the process. The public is encouraged to attend and learn about a crucial part of the Florida elections process. The Supervisor of Elections Office wants Clay County voters to cast their ballots with confidence. We’re dedicated to the process of conducting fair, secure, and transparent elections If you have questions, or need more information, call our office at (904) 269-6350 or visit ClayElections.gov, your source for verified election information. Borland Groover Foundation to host March To Get Screened 5K

"Annual community event returns March 29 with more than $500,000 raised to date and early momentum toward this year’s goal. JACKSONVILLE, Fla., March 3, 2026 – The Borland Groover Foundation will host the 2026 March To Get Screened 5K Race and 1 Mile Fun Run on Sunday, March 29, 2026, at the Borland Groover Durbin Crossing Endoscopy Center in St. Johns. March To Get Screened is an annual 5K walk and race to support colon cancer awareness and has become Northeast Florida’s largest digestive health fundraiser. Founded by colon cancer survivor Jan Pratt, the family-friendly event raises awareness about colorectal cancer and promotes the lifesaving importance of routine screening. With early community support, the 2026 campaign is already approaching 35 percent of its $150,000 fundraising goal. Since its inception, March To Get Screened has raised more than $500,000 to support colorectal cancer awareness, patient assistance and screening initiatives. In the past three years alone, the Foundation has helped more than 150 patients receive screenings through its BG Cares program. In 2025, 856 participants registered for the event. The event also reinforces Borland Groover’s broader “This Is 45” initiative, which encourages adults to begin colorectal cancer screening at age 45 in accordance with national guidelines. “Early detection makes all the difference,” said Community Outreach Manager Carole Rogero of Borland Groover. “March To Get Screened is about coming together as a community to promote screening at age 45 and support patients who may not otherwise have access to care. The impact of this event extends far beyond race day.” Registration begins at 7 a.m. with the timed 5K beginning at 8 a.m. and includes mile markers throughout the course. Participants can also take part in the 1 Mile Fun Run. The event will feature music, activities and food for all ages. All proceeds benefit the Borland Groover Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to building a healthy community that is free from colon cancer through service, education and empowerment. Funds raised help: Raise awareness for colorectal cancer Provide financial assistance of up to $5,000 for cancer treatments for eligible patients Distribute educational materials to medical facilities Provide screening colonoscopy vouchers for underinsured members of the community Borland Groover physicians provide free colonoscopies for eligible patients, and foundation funds are not used for Borland Groover operations. The event will be held at: Borland Groover Durbin Crossing Endoscopy Center 150 Longleaf Pine Parkway St. Johns, FL 32259 Registration and donation information is available at: https://p2p.onecause.com/mtgs2026 About Borland Groover Founded in 1947, Borland Groover has grown into one of the largest gastroenterology clinics in the United States.
