Somerville Adopts New Stormwater Control Ordinance

Somerville Borough Council adopted Ordinance #2792-26-0406 on Monday, April 20, 2026, establishing new stormwater control regulations for the municipality. The council voted after a public hearing and second reading at the Somerville Civic Center, 24 Robeson Street. The ordinance, also known as Chapter 149A – Stormwater Control, passed its first reading on April 6.
