With the Mayor of Jacksonville Beach executing a mandatory evacuation notice for residents, we will be closing THURSDAY OCTOBER 8th at 2pm. We will remain closed Friday and Saturday as well. If conditions allow, Cinotti’s will reopen on Tuesday, October 11th at 6am.

"NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Jacksonville Beach, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following Ordinance on Monday, July 22, 2024, at 6:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 11 North Third Street, Jacksonville Beach, Florida, to wit: ORDINANCE 2024-37 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE, ARTICLE 3, SECTION 3.02.04, ENTITLED ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF LAWS IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. All interested parties may appear at the Public Hearing and be heard regarding the proposed Ordinance. The Ordinance may be inspected by the public at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 11 North Third Street, Jacksonville Beach, Florida, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Any person requiring a special accommodation to attend the meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the City Clerk’s Office at 247-6205 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
