Notice of Deadline to File Applications for Place on the Ballot The City of Abilene is providing notice that the deadline for filing an Application for a Place on the Ballot for the May 4, 2024 General Election is February 16, 2024 at 5:00 PM.
Due to continued drought conditions, the City of Abilene has implemented Stage 2 water restrictions. Residents and businesses are urged to conserve water by limiting outdoor watering and practicing other water-saving measures. The restrictions are effective immediately.
