Users can accommodate up to 6 adults and 6 minors under 16 years old in a single appointment. Appointments can be searched up to 4 weeks in advance by selecting a preferred location and date. The system displays appointments for the 5 closest locations to the selected area. Users can search within radius options of 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 40, 60, 80, or 100 miles. Each appointment takes approximately 15 minutes per person, and applicants are asked to arrive 10 minutes early. The system requires contact information including first name, last name, phone number, and email address. Identity verification is required through either text message or email verification code. Users must agree to Terms and Conditions before confirming an appointment. Passport renewal appointments cannot be booked online; eligible applicants must renew by mail or online through the State Department.
