"PUBLIC NOTICE PASCO COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners will conduct a Public Hearing to consider the following proposed amendments to the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan: Policy FLU 1.1.6: Increasing the maximum residential density within the Urban Service Area. Policy FLU 4.3: Revising the policies related to compatibility between residential development and adjacent agricultural activities. SAID HEARING will be held on April 23, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. in the Board Room of the Robert K. Sumner Governmental Center, 8731 Citizens Drive, New Port Richey, Florida 34654.
