Severe Thunderstorm Warning Expires for Delaware, Ottawa Counties

DELAWARE/OTTAWA COUNTIES, OK – The Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued for portions of Delaware and Ottawa Counties has expired as of 4:30 PM CDT today, September 20. The National Weather Service (NWS) in Tulsa reports that the storm has weakened below severe limits and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.

While the severe threat has passed, residents can still expect gusty winds up to 40 mph and heavy rain from this thunderstorm.
