Upcoming Health Event in North Miami Beach: Sunday Vinyasa

North Miami Beach will host a health event, "Sunday Vinyasa: Open Level," on October 4, 2026. The event is scheduled from 1:30 PM to 2:45 PM at Ayama Yoga & Healing Arts, located at 2250 NE 163rd Street.

This open-level Vinyasa class is designed to introduce the foundations of asana practice while also engaging more experienced students. The class aims to be dynamic and approachable, providing a balanced practice to build strength, flexibility, and awareness. It will begin with warm-ups, followed by creatively sequenced flows intended to gradually and intelligently open the body.
