Miami-Dade Schools Offer Free Homework Help for K-12 Students

Miami-Dade County Public Schools now provides free homework help for K-12 students through Pop N' Prep, offering virtual tutoring with certified teachers.

Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS) now offers K-12 students a free homework assistance service called Pop N' Prep. Certified M-DCPS teachers provide support Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Tutoring sessions last 20 to 30 minutes and are available in English, Spanish and Haitian Creole.

Elementary school students (grades K-5) can receive help with English Language Arts and Math. Fifth graders also have access to Science support. Middle and high school students can get assistance with English Language Arts, Math, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Science, Biology, Social Studies, and U.S. History.

Students must book a session online at POPNPREP.DADESCHOOLS.NET. After booking, they will receive a confirmation email via Microsoft Outlook. Tutoring sessions take place on Microsoft Teams, with students joining through a link in the confirmation email.
