ChamberSOUTH Spotlight: Peter de la Torre on Reinvention, Resilience, and Ruthless Honesty in Business

Cutler Bay residents can gain insights into business strategy and personal resilience through a recent ChamberSOUTH Spotlight episode featuring Peter de la Torre, founder of The Executionist. Rick Alberty, Executive Director of ChamberSOUTH, hosted the conversation with de la Torre, an author and business consultant.

De la Torre discussed his career journey, which began in Hialeah and included the flower-importing business, alongside leadership roles in Miami’s chamber and media sectors. A personal health scare, specifically a prostate cancer diagnosis, shaped his professional mission and his mantra of 'ruthless honesty'.

The episode explores the 'execution gap' in business, a challenge de la Torre addresses with his methodology, 'The Magic of 13 Weeks'. He also authored the book, 'Connect with Ruthless Honesty'.

For those interested in learning more, Peter de la Torre will give a complimentary presentation at ChamberSOUTH on December 3rd.
