To initiate a lien search, users must visit the eTRAKiT portal at aven.csqrcloud.com/community-etrakit/. A public user account is required; users click "Setup an Account," then log in and select "Public" from the dropdown menu. Under the "Projects" section, users click "Apply," agree to terms, and choose "Lien Search" as the project type.

Users must complete required fields, including applicant information. Owner information is optional, but accurate contact details, especially a mailing address, are essential because lien search results are sent by mail. A 2.79% credit card convenience fee will apply to payments. The city advises that processing typically takes three to four business days after the request and payment are received.
