Aventura residents and visitors can explore the city's diverse dining scene during the inaugural Aventura's $30 Flavor Fest, a culinary event celebrating the city's 30th anniversary. The festival runs from November 1 to November 30, 2025.
Participating restaurants will offer exclusive three-course prix fixe menus for $30 per person, excluding alcohol, tax, and gratuity. This initiative, inspired by programs like Miami Spice, aims to give local eateries increased exposure and attract new customers.
Restaurants must create a $30 prix fixe menu featuring at least an appetizer, entree, and dessert. Dine-in service is preferred, but take-out options are also permitted. Eateries may set exclusions for specific days or holidays and can offer optional add-ons like cocktails or wine pairings.
The City of Aventura will promote the festival through print, social media, the city's website, Freebee vehicles, and Aventura's IKE Smart City Digital Kiosks.
