Aerial Open Level Coming to North Miami Beach

North Miami Beach residents are invited to an upcoming health event, "Aerial Open Level," on October 3, 2026.

This event, scheduled from 3:00 PM to 4:15 PM, will be held at Ayama Yoga & Healing Arts. Participants will have the opportunity to explore aerial yoga techniques, utilizing hammocks as a prop for a unique Vinyasa sequence. The class focuses on suspension, inversions, and deep floating relaxation to enhance a traditional yoga practice.

The session aims to foster increased mind-body awareness, spatial awareness, and strengthen the upper body and core. Flexibility and stability will also be emphasized through holding challenging yoga poses for an extended duration of 10-20 breaths.
