Michael Feliz Released by Olmecas de Tabasco After 11 Days

The Olmecas de Tabasco released pitcher Michael Feliz on April 28, just 11 days after signing him. Feliz appeared in five games, pitching 4.2 innings in relief with an 11.57 ERA, four walks and three strikeouts.
Feliz, 32, a Dominican native, has pitched in Major League Baseball for the Houston Astros, Pittsburgh Pirates, Cincinnati Reds, Boston Red Sox and Oakland Athletics. He also played for the Chunichi Dragons in Japan's Nippon Professional Baseball.
He joined Tabasco after spending the 2025 season with the Leones de Yucatán, another Mexican League team, where he appeared in 34 games with a 2-1 record, 6.06 ERA and 14 saves.
