KLA Schools North Bay Village Announces New Leadership Team

KLA Schools of North Bay Village highlights its dedicated leadership team, comprising individuals with extensive experience in education and management, committed to nurturing young learners.

Sophia Zamor Santa, founder of KLA Schools, blends industrial engineering expertise with a deep understanding of early childhood development. Santa previously managed innovation and marketing for brands including Huggies, Pullups and Goodnites in Latin America during 20 years of experience across six countries. Her passion for education grew from her sons' schooling, prompting her to serve five years as Vice President of the school board for the French School in Haiti. There, she collaborated with families and staff to improve education for over 600 students. Santa founded KLA in 2013 to create a lasting positive impact on young lives.

Daniele Zamor, a founding member, serves as General Manager. Her vision centers on creating a space where children freely explore, discover their identities and grow into confident individuals. Zamor engages with families at the front desk and enthusiastically plans school events.

Rachel McHale, the Director, serves as the primary point of contact for families and oversees daily operations at KLA North Bay Village. McHale brings 18 years of experience working with children, combining warmth with resourcefulness. She supports school families and enhances operational efficiency, remaining flexible to meet challenges.

Arielle Jean-Louis, the Pedagogical Director, joined KLA Schools in 2020. She progressed from lead teacher and Atelierista to guiding the teaching staff. Jean-Louis emphasizes the school's commitment to respecting children's individuality and ensuring they feel seen and heard. She believes attentive observation of children offers profound learning opportunities. Jean-Louis enjoys Pilates and spending time at the beach.
