Vilas, Oneida, Forest, Florence, Northern Marinette, Lincoln, Langlade, Menominee, Northern Oconto, Door, Marathon, Shawano, Waupaca, Outagamie, Brown, Kewaunee, Southern Marinette, and Southern Oconto Counties are currently experiencing areas of dense fog. The National Weather Service (NWS) in Green Bay, WI, issued a Special Weather Statement today, October 13, at 3:41 AM CDT, warning of locally dense fog with visibility as low as one-quarter mile or less, particularly along the Lake Michigan shoreline from Manitowoc to Door County.
