Melbourne School Welcomes New Principal Dr. Jessica Thomas and Assistant Principal Ms. Bonnie Moravecky for Academic Year

A local school in Melbourne welcomed new faculty and staff members for the upcoming academic year, bolstering its administrative team, teaching staff, and support services. The new additions aim to enhance student learning, well-being, and overall school operations.

Dr. Jessica Thomas leads the administration as Principal, with Ms. Bonnie Moravecky serving as Assistant Principal. This leadership team oversees the school's educational programs and daily functions, ensuring a structured environment for students and staff.

New educators joining the teaching staff include Mr. Darryl Chalmers for Science, Mr. Melvin Cordova for Math, and Ms. Renata Vaught for ELA. Ms. Roxanne Bruner takes on the role of Career Coach, while Ms. Alice Moss is the ESE Teacher and Ms. Roxie Randolph is the Reading Teacher. Mr. Rande O'Halloran will serve as both Orientation Specialist and Testing Administrator, providing crucial support for student transitions and academic assessments.

The school also strengthened its support staff. Mr. Ethan Kersey is the new School Resource Officer, working alongside Security Specialist Mr. Rob Nelms to maintain a safe campus environment. Ms. Francesca Almonte joins as the Enrollment Administrative Specialist, and Ms. Brooks Creedy is the Data Specialist. Ms. Jessica Perez manages student attendance as the Attendance Coordinator, and Mr. Allen Randolph supports classrooms as an Instructional Assistant.
