The American Legion is committed to the development of young people. Our programs provide opportunities for youth to grow and learn, while also promoting patriotism and service to the community.
American Legion Baseball: A national program that provides opportunities for young men to develop their baseball skills and learn about teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership.
Oratorical Contest: A scholarship program that challenges high school students to develop their public speaking skills and knowledge of the U.S. Constitution.
Junior Shooting Sports: A program that teaches young people about gun safety, marksmanship, and responsible firearm ownership.
American Legion Scouting: A program that supports Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts by providing funding, resources, and mentors."
