Medley Resident Phanord, 34, Faces Imminent Deportation to Haiti, Citing Fear

A 34-year-old photographer, identified as Phanord, who has resided in Ohio since April 2023, faces imminent deportation to Haiti. The prospect of returning to his home country has caused Phanord significant distress, leaving him with little sleep and a profound sense of fear.

Phanord has worn an electronic monitoring bracelet for the past two weeks, indicating the advanced stage of his deportation proceedings. His fear stems not from a dislike of Haiti, but from the very real dangers that forced him to leave in the first place.
