NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the regular meeting on May 5th, 2026, the China Grove Town Council plans to consider adoption of a resolution declaring surplus and donating one (1) motor vehicle, a 2009 Ford Crown Victoria, to Shield a Badge with Prayer Ministries. This nonprofit corporation is organized under the laws of the State of North Carolina. The Town Manager will be authorized to donate the motor vehicle without monetary consideration in accordance with G.S. § 160A-280.
