NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Watonga will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the City Hall Council Chambers, located at 302 E Main St, Watonga, OK 73772. The purpose of this hearing is to consider proposed amendments to the Watonga Zoning Ordinance. All interested parties are invited to attend and present their views and recommendations. Written comments may also be submitted to the City Clerk prior to the hearing. Proposed amendments include: - Revisions to setback requirements in R-1 Residential Districts. - Introduction of a new P-2 Planned Development District. - Updates to landscaping requirements in commercial zones. A copy of the proposed amendments is available for public inspection at City Hall during regular business hours.
