Severe Thunderstorm Warning: Clinton & Warren Counties Until 9 PM EDT

Residents in Clinton and Warren counties are advised to take immediate shelter due to a Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued by the National Weather Service Wilmington, OH. This warning is in effect until 9:00 PM EDT tonight, September 20.

At 8:42 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located seven miles northeast of Morrow, moving southeast at 35 mph. The primary hazard is 60 mph wind gusts, which are expected to cause damage to trees and power lines.

Affected locations include Wilmington, Blanchester, Clarksville, Harveysburg, Martinsville, Midland, Oregonia, Fort Ancient, Middleboro, Oakland, Cuba, State Route 350 at US Route 22, Morrisville, Ogden, Cowan Lake State Park, and Burtonville. This warning also includes I-71 in Ohio between mile markers 35 and 45.
