At 457 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Bucksport, or near Socastee, moving southwest at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include... Conway, Socastee, Murrells Inlet, Red Hill, Garden City, Myrtle Beach Airport, Burgess, Bucksville, Bucksport, Dongola, Plantersville, Forestbrook, Yauhannah, Coastal Carolina University, Horry Georgetown Technical College Conway Campus, Waccamaw Community Hospital, Lighthouse Care Center Of Conway, and Conway Medical Center.
