This prestigious recognition from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) is the highest honor an organization can receive for professional nursing practice. Only approximately 9% of U.S. hospitals hold Magnet recognition. The Magnet Recognition Program assesses various factors related to nursing excellence and patient care, including the quality of nursing leadership and coordination and collaboration across disciplines.
