Havana to Hold Public Hearing on Utility Easement Ordinance

TOWN OF HAVANA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Havana, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following Ordinance: ORDINANCE 2023-08 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF HAVANA, FLORIDA, VACATING A UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ON TAX PARCEL 21-03-30-000-0000-0070; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The Public Hearing will be held at Havana City Hall, 201 East 5th Avenue, Havana, Florida, on September 19, 2023, at 7:00 P.M. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the Ordinance. A copy of the Ordinance is available for public inspection at Havana City Hall, 201 East 5th Avenue, Havana, Florida, during normal business hours. ANY PERSON REQUIRING SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION AT THIS MEETING BECAUSE OF A DISABILITY OR PHYSICAL IMPAIRMENT SHOULD CONTACT THE TOWN CLERK AT 850-539-2820 AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE MEETING. If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting, such person will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
