NEWS RELEASE Marin County Public Health Awarded National Accreditation San Rafael, CA – Marin County Public Health has achieved national accreditation from the Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB), demonstrating its commitment to quality and performance. Accreditation signifies that Marin Public Health meets rigorous standards and is dedicated to improving the health of the community it serves. “This is a significant achievement for our Public Health team, and it reflects their hard work and dedication to serving the residents of Marin County,” said Dr. Lisa Santora, Deputy Public Health Officer. “Accreditation validates our commitment to providing high-quality public health services and ensuring the health and well-being of our community.” The accreditation process involved a comprehensive review of Marin Public Health’s policies, programs, and services.
