Career & Employment At Enterprising Latinas we know that when a woman has the tools and support to achieve economic self-sufficiency, she thrives – and so does her family and her community. That’s why we focus so much of our work on helping women gain access to the training, education, jobs, and entrepreneurial opportunities that allow them to build assets and create prosperity. Our Career & Employment programs in the South Shore of Florida provides women with job readiness training, career coaching and connections to employers through sector-based training and placement collaborations. We have deep relationships with employers in industries like: Manufacturing Healthcare Hospitality Administration Customer service Construction Transportation Warehousing and distribution We also partner with community organizations and training providers to offer a range of educational and vocational credentials, including: HSE/GED preparation ESOL/English literacy Digital literacy Financial literacy Industry-recognized certifications And we offer monthly workshops on topics like: Resume writing Interviewing skills Job search strategies Financial management Stress management Participants in our Career & Employment programs also receive ongoing support from our team of career coaches, who provide one-on-one guidance and resources to help them achieve their career goals.
