Naples Classical Academy (NCA) recently hosted Dr. Maibach, an expert on the Electoral College, for a speaker event on April 1, 2026. Dr. Maibach presented to scholars, staff, and parents, explaining the history and functions of the nation’s electoral process.

The event focused on the Electoral College, described as one of the most misunderstood aspects of the American political system. Dr. Maibach’s presentation aimed to clarify its unique design, as highlighted by the organization Save Our States, which focuses on the Founders’ Constitution and its Electoral College design.
