The Town of Howey-In-The-Hills is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Public Works Maintenance Worker. The Public Works Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of the Town's infrastructure and facilities. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

South Townsend Avenue Closure Announced for Utility Work

The City of Montrose Public Works Department has announced that South Townsend Avenue will be closed to through traffic between Main Street and Oak Street beginning at 7:00 AM on Monday, July 8. The closure is necessary to allow utility crews to perform critical repairs to the underground water and sewer lines. The work is expected to take three days to complete.
