Notice of Public Hearing – Proposed Amendments to the Land Development Regulations
Notice is hereby given that the Camden County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 15, 2024, at 6:00 PM in the Board of Commissioners Meeting Room at the Camden County Government Services Complex located at 200 East 4th Street, Woodbine, Georgia. The purpose of this public hearing is to consider proposed amendments to the Camden County Land Development Regulations.
The proposed amendments include, but are not limited to, the following:
Amendments to Article 3, Zoning District Regulations, to update regulations for various zoning districts.
Amendments to Article 4, General Development Standards, to update standards for landscaping, buffering, parking, and other development-related requirements.
Amendments to Article 11, Definitions, to update and clarify definitions of terms used in the Land Development Regulations.
The public is invited to attend this public hearing and provide input on the proposed amendments. Copies of the proposed amendments are available for review at the Camden County Department of Planning and Development located at 117 N. Broad Street, Woodbine, Georgia, during normal business hours.
