Fairfield County, Ohio Request for Proposals (RFP) Temporary Staffing Services Questions and Answers Question 1 Is this a new initiative or a re-bid/renewal of an existing contract? Answer: This is a new initiative. Question 2 If this is a rebid, who are the incumbent vendors/current service providers, how many active resources are engaged, what are their pricing, and can historical proposals or responses be shared? Answer: Not applicable. This is a new initiative and there are no incumbent vendors. Question 3 If this is a rebid, what positions or staffing classifications have historically been requested? Answer: Not applicable. Question 4 What is the estimated budget or anticipated contract value? Answer: No budget has been allocated at this time. Question 5 Can the County provide historical spending or usage data for this contract? Answer: Not applicable. Question 6 Have there been any challenges, pain points, or concerns with existing vendors? Answer: Not applicable. This is a new initiative. Question 7 How many contract awards does the County anticipate making? Answer: The County has not established a specific number of awards. One or more contracts may be awarded if determined to be in the County's best interest. Question 8 Is there a local vendor preference? Question 33 Could the County please provide the minimum education, years of work experience, required skills, and certifications, if any, for each staffing classification so vendors can prepare accurate pricing? Question 34 Although the County confirmed that no budget has been allocated at this time, could the County please confirm whether any expected bill-rate ranges or maximum bill rates have been established for the staffing classifications? Answer: Nothing available. Question 35 Do you have specific job titles to follow for pricing? Answer: The RFP provides the information we want to see in a proposal. Answer: We are looking for pricing on all positions. Question 41 To price for the category of IT Support, we would appreciate clarification on the specific titles you wish to fill. Can you please specify the IT support positions you seek to fill? Answer: IT positions could vary based on operational need but would primarily be for customer support positions.
