About the Celebration As the United States approaches its 250th anniversary, California marks 175 years of history. In honor of this milestone, the City of Rosemead invites residents to celebrate through a series of art contests designed to showcase community creativity and pride. Art Contest Opportunities for Rosemead Residents: Coloring, Artwork, and Photography.
