NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION Notice is hereby given that a special election will be held in the City of Bovina on the date and time designated by the City Council of the City of Bovina, for the purpose of submitting to the qualified voters of the City of Bovina a proposition or propositions as authorized by the Texas Election Code. Eligible voters of the City of Bovina are entitled to vote in this election. Voting will be conducted in accordance with the Texas Election Code and all applicable laws.
