Hilda Louise Gilbert, age 76, of Manchester, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on June 6, 2026, at AdventHealth Manchester.She was born on August 7, 1949, in Hamilton, Ohio, Hilda was the daughter of the late Harry Mann and Mattie Goins Mann. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend who loved her family dearly. Hilda worked for the School Board and was known for her caring heart, strong work ethic, and dedication to those she loved.She was preceded in death by her husband, Pascal Gilbert;Hilda leaves to cherish her memory her sons, Jimmy Gilbert (Jessica Barger) of Manchester, Kentucky, and Sonny Crafton of Manchester, Kentucky; her daughter, Tiffany Munden (Ryan) of Luffett, Indiana; her brother, Charles Thomas Mann of Hamilton, Ohio; and her beloved grandchildren, Cameron Benfield, Adelyne Munden, Beckett Munden, Copper Lee Gilbert, Olivia Gilbert, Zachary Mullins, and Xavier Mullins.In addition to her husband she is preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Martha Muncy; and her siblings, Cleo Ledger and Peter Mann.Hilda will be remembered for her love of family, her kindness, and the joy she brought to those around her. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren and created many cherished memories that will live on in their hearts forever.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, June 10th, at Britton Funeral Home with Rex Bray and Roger Webb officiating.Visitation will begin at 12:00 PM Wednesday, June 10th, at Britton Funeral Home.Burial will follow in Beech Creek Cemetery in Manchester.
