Herdering Wins Sister Judine Cassidy Scholarship

Little Falls Community High School senior Courtney Herdering received the $1,000 Sister Judine Cassidy Scholarship at the school's awards ceremony Wednesday, May 13.

Sister Cordy Korkowski and Stephanie Hakes presented the award to Herdering, daughter of Gary and Trisha Herdering. She plans to attend the University of Minnesota Rochester to study Health Sciences.

St. Francis High School alumnae fund the annual scholarship, which supports Morrison County students pursuing careers in healthcare and service. Previous recipients have entered nursing, social work, and related fields.
